Welcome to the Holy Spirit Catholic School online auction! Please register to bid on this site (see instructions on how to register below). This is our schools most important fundraiser of the year and there are some amazing items to bid on! The auction items are open for bidding on Feb 11-13. Online Auction items will start to close on Saturday, February 13th, at 7:00pm (1-min. "soft close") ...Please click on "down arrow" to the right to read more important instructions and how to register to bid... THIS ONLINE AUCTION IS SET TO START CLOSING ON SAT., FEB. 13TH, AT 7:00PM...CLOSING ONE ITEM (LOT) PER MINUTE IN CATALOG ORDER. YOU MAY PLACE BIDS AT ANY TIME, ONCE CATALOG IS "OPEN" FOR BIDDING. YOU MAY ALSO PLACE A "MAXIMUM BID" AND THE COMPUTER WILL BID ON YOUR BEHALF. AT CLOSING, YOU WILL SEE A CLOCK TICKING DOWN ON EACH ITEM, AS IT STARTS TO CLOSE. YOU MAY CONTINUE BIDDING UNTIL THE CLOCK RUNS OUT. A "SOFT CLOSE" MEANS THAT THE BIDDING WILL BE EXTENDED BY ONE MINUTE IF AN ITEM IS BID ON AT THE LAST MOMENT PRIOR TO CLOSING. AN ITEM (LOT) WILL "HARD" CLOSE ONCE ALL IS QUIET AND NO OTHER BIDS ARE PLACED WITHIN THAT LAST MINUTE OF CLOSING. **PLEASE WATCH CLOSELY AND USE A HARD-WIRED INTERNET CONNECTION, AS MOBILE DEVICES MAY HAVE A LAG TIME. HOW TO REGISTER: 1) click on the "Register to Bid" button - in the middle of the black bar that goes across the page... a "gavel" is pictured next to it OR select "Login/New Bidder" at the top of the page 2) Follow the instructions to create an account. You will be required to put in a card number to verify your identity. **The billing address of the card must match the address you use when registering.** This card number will also be used to charge all your "winning bids" to at the conclusion of the auction. 3) Continue until you have successfully created your account. HOW TO PLACE A BID: 1) Log into your account - Select "Login/New Bidder" at the top of the page 2) Scroll down to view all the items in the catalog (we suggest clicking on "Full View" to make sure you are seeing the entire item descriptions and accompanying photo(s). 3) Click on "Bid" - black button to the right of the screen. If this is your first time you are placing a bid in this auction, you will be asked to register for this auction by confirming the card number to charge your purchases to and then accepting the "terms and conditions" of the auction....then you are ready to bid away! 4) Place your bid ...you can click on the next bid increment or put any bid amount or "max bid" in that you want. 5) The bid amount will be shown, and you will then click on "confirm your bid"...and you are done! 6) If you are the highest bidder, the catalog will show the item as "green" and "Winning"...it will turn to "red" and "Outbid" if someone places a higher bid. PAYMENT: **All purchases will automatically be charged to the card on file that was used at registration (No cash or checks). At the conclusion of the auction, you will receive an itemized "paid" invoice from Corbett Auctions sent to the email address you provided at registration (if you do not see an invoice, please check your "Junk/Spam" folders). PICKUP: If you purchased the "VIP Experience," then your items will be delivered to you. If not, your items will be available for pickup at the school, Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
